This is a level 2 support position.  When NOC Room is unable to resolve issue, they will call you for escalating and resolving the issues 

Required Skills: 

• Expert in Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0
• Experience in SCOM 2007
• Experience in VMWare ESX Server
• Experience in SMS
• Experience with SOA/web services architecture/infrastructure.
• Experience with advanced IIS troubleshooting.
• Enterprise level experience support experience  
• Experience supporting ecommerce environments  (Netscaler exp is a plus)
