GANESH EKAMBARAM – President & CEO
Mr. Ganesh Ekambaram joined EGB in 2004 as the President, and over the last 5 years, has acquired an impeccable reputation within and outside the organization, with his fine leadership qualities, commitment, and dedication to excellence. He has over 15 years of experience in which he has designed, developed and implemented numerous IT software and Web Development projects. He was exclusively provided with the opportunity of working with Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) where he held different positions and demonstrated his capabilities for 10+ years; UBS is the third largest bank in the world. He handled part of UBS’ largest foreign exchange trading and settlement system, which is fully integrated to New York Stock Exchange and connected to many major settlement and clearing systems in the world.

Ganesh has also worked as a consultant and technical adviser with a good number of leading corporate companies in the US. His commitment coupled with his drive for success enabled EGB to grow into one of the fastest growing companies in the US in the last 5 years. He also holds a position as Director of Development in 30SevenDesign.com in NYC, NY.

Ganesh Ekambaram holds a Bachelor Electrical and Electronic engineering from Annamalai University.

KRISHNAMURTHY VISWANATHAN – Managing Director, India
With over 15 years of experience in e-business solutions and emerging technologies, Mr. Krishnamurthy provides us with the cutting-edge. He is responsible to EGB’s Board of Directors. Entire corporate management, including financial, commercial, and employee management; planning the corporate blueprint; ensuring compliance with Company objectives; project implementation; and supervision of general, technical & administrative day-to-day operations, come under his purview.

SUBHAKANTA PANDA – Global Business Director
A seasoned professional, Mr. Subhkanta has a successful sales development track record. He is responsible for exploring value-creating opportunities, identifying emerging markets, managing domestic and international sales, leading negotiations, promoting company services, ensuring on-time delivery of contracts, managing client accounts, conducting financial analysis, representing EGB to clients and partner companies, preparing required legal documents in association with General Counsel, and building long-term client relationships.

MANISH SAWJIANI – Delivery Manager
A highly accomplished Senior IT Project Manager with over 19 years unparalleled experience and broad industry knowledge. He is having a record of achievement in account delivery management across several industry sectors that include Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics. Mr. Manish has successfully handled several diverse projects from initial conception to completion, including customer liaison to successful implementation within strict budgets and timescales

KOKILA BHUPAL – HR Manager
Ms. Kokila brings in a favorable combination of in-depth academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to our Human Resource Management division. She is responsible for Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll & Benefits, Employee Relations, Engagement Activities, HR Policies, Performance Management, Campus Recruitment, Training, Workplace Safety, Conflict Resolution, and Organization Development.
