Job Description:

Lead aspects of product ideation and development including market research, customer interviews, feature specification.

Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to inform strategic, commercial, and product decisions.

Contribute to team problem solving sessions across multiple business domains.

Coordinate product sales enablement and software vendor billing and invoicing.

Manage performance tracking for our products – e.g. adoption, revenue, and views.

Assist in the development of analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Leverage best in class tools and methodologies to fulfill responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Require Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Computer Applications or Computer Science or its equivalent to Information Systems or a closely related fields and good knowledge in Education Industry, work experience in complex computer system design and development. Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with five-years experience.

Skills:

At least 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, software organizations, and/or a digital-based company.

Analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data.

Proven ability to solve business problems in a logical and structured manner.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.

Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize and manage workload; adept at multitasking.

Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with relational database querying tools (e.g. SQL) preferred

Desire to rapidly develop quantitative and qualitative skillset

Comfort with ambiguity; ambition to grow and gain increasing autonomy with each assignment

Some past exposure to multiple, relevant business functions – e.g. product development, product management, marketing, etc.
