Description:       

Programmer Analyst With Bachelors Degree or an equivalent to Bachelors Degree in Science with 5+ years of experience with the knowledge of SQL(DDL, DML and DCL), HTML, PL/SQL, XML, theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Application. Job duties to perform(but not limited to): Design conceptual models using rational methodology and develops software systems and programs; Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; Design the system using MSSQL and develop the semi automated process initially and later all these processes will be automated based on the various things involved in this project; Performs project management namely, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks; Develop and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation; Analyze Business Planning and Identifying the Program cost buckets and cost drivers, Contingency planning and risk equivalents; Involve in the implementation and customization of all pages in web based      Application system and Involve in designing the Technical specifications and detail design documentation; Handle requirement analysis, Estimates, staff plan, schedule plan, tracking, and inputs to team budgeting on the management part; Obtain the information from the database and involve in modules of the project performing various tasks like documentation, data analysis for Annual Reports and Presentations; Contribute to the participation in create report specifications and create many reports whenever it’s requested; Perform communication and solve data issues affecting reports and designed and created few databases and data entry forms; Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.
